Mobile Shaved Ice and Ice Cream

Thanks for visiting Happy Sno Lucky! HSL is a mobile trailer serving handcrafted and traditional shaved ice and ice cream.

Summer and Fall 2023 we will be at Evelyn's Park on most weekends at 4400 Bellaire Blvd., Bellaire, Tx.

We hand craft our syrups!

Well, some of them ... The traditional flavors you know and love on your shaved ice delights are also on our menu. We prepare traditional flavors by hand using flavor concentrates and sugar syrup so we get to choose the sugar and water sources.

Handcrafted Flavors are made using real fruit and sugar syrup. We currently have capability to made these flavors:

Traditional Syrups


Traditional syrups are "off-the-shelf." We order concentrates made in Houston or New Orleans and hand-mix them with Zulka Morena sugar or sugar substitutes, so we get to use quality sweeteners, and bottled water.

Where is Happy Sno Lucky?

Happy Sno Lucky is a mobile trailer. We move around a lot so we can bring icy coolness to folks where they are. In 2023 we found a home at Evelyn's Park in Bellaire (4400 Bellaire Blvd) so you can find us there on most weekend days. We post park appearances on Instagram, so follow us to get all the latest info. 

If you are considering booking Happy Sno Lucky for a private event or an organized event, check the calendar below for our availability. If it looks like there's a conflict on your event date, shoot us an email to info@happysnolucky.com so we can see about adjusting our schedule. 

Pricing and Booking Happy Sno Lucky

HSL is available for booking at private events in the City of Houston and private or public events in the City of Bellaire and within the Harris County Health Department jurisdiction or those areas covered by the State of Texas Health Department jurisdiction. Yes, I know, it's very confusing. 

We do all our pricing on a custom basis so we can tailor a package that is priced reasonably for both HSL and your organization. To inquire about pricing, send an email to info@happysnolucky.com  indicating whether you will prepay for servings or let guests pay. For pre-paid servings, we need to know: Number of servings expected, event location,  hours, whether you want items from the traditional or hand-made syrups lists or ice cream included,  and the price range or budget you are working with.
